In the end we were unable to find a home for Giada, but the last 2 years she was at our home anyway….. for her it was home. A dog born in the menageries of farrier hunters with no scruples in mistreating, found in a 1 meter by 1 meter cage, very thin, in an evident state of negligence. How many “differently lucky” dogs like Giada didn’t go the same way? How many are still in their hands? How many died alone in agony? Think about it, when they tell you that they keep dogs well. That’s almost never true.
